The secret to "effortless" style.
Your weekly dose of fashion inspo: the woman behind Kendall and Hailey's wardrobes, dressing after peri, and the affordable trend that's everywhere.
What do Kendall Jenner, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Hailey Bieber have in common?
Really good personal style, right?
But they have a secret. They all use the same stylist. Dani Michelle is a master of the effortless look, and she’s the woman behind their most covetable fashion moments.
Scrolling through Dani’s Instagram feed, full of reposts of her client’s coolest fits, got me thinking about how much engineering goes into looking like you didn’t try. How those “thrown on” looks are the result of… well, a lot of effort, tbh.
As viral fashion commentator and wardrobe stylist Allison Bornstein divulged on TikTok, the “effortless” look is one of the hardest to master.

There are few trends on the market right now more versatile (or affordable!) than the humble headscarf. You can knot one around your ponytail, tie it on your bag strap, wear it like a choker — or for full street style-level commitment to the look, wrap it round your head and finish with statement sunnies.
'Oversized tees are the key to my style. Here's where I find the best ones.'
I spent years trying to define my "off-duty" style, experimenting with different looks and silhouettes. But it was only as I entered new motherhood that I found the hack — the go-to piece that really felt like it worked for me and my lifestyle.
I found oversized tees, and I never looked back.
I always get the most outfit compliments when I'm wearing a roomy t-shirt with one of my many pairs of loose pants and chunky flats.
So I’ve picked out my favourites for you to shop.
